2. PRESCRIPTION DRUG COVERAGE:

No Rx Coverage from insurance or government assistance programs (VA, State, etc). The exception is Medicare Part D.

3. LEGAL US RESIDENT:

Residing legally within the United States - Must have a Social Security Number

If you don't qualify for the RxSupport plan, you still qualify for the Free Drug Card and receive huge discounts on your prescriptions.
